![]() ![]() Last year October I decided to replace the cabinet in my kitchen, and after 7 months the cabinet began to Crack on the facing of each door, I went back and show them what was happening and they explained it was the heat, and i should get a marker and color it in, I explained I paid to get good quality cabinet and it was still under warranty. I have bought cabinet from granite expo in Pittsburgh and was very disappointed with the quality of there cabinet. So with that being said I’m going to change my 1star review to a 2star review because of Ray’s customer service skills but this place still leave me with a sour taste in my mouth. It was ready when I got there and the transaction went smoothly. I went in and Ray was very accommodating explaining that the only 30in they carry was more expensive than the 36inch I previously purchased I said ok paid the price difference and came in this afternoon to pick it up. **** UPDATE**** I received a message from the store manager Ray a couple days later he asked me to bring back the vent hood and that he would exchange it for the 30inch hood that I needed. Smh last resort I’m leaving the product at the front desk walking out and charging back. So I bought these items on three separate tickets seven days after I bought it 36 inch vent hood from them my contractor said that it was the wrong size and that I needed a 30 so I took the 36 inch vent head back to the store to try to exchange it for the cheaper smaller version of it so I went to the lady that sold me the vent hood and sink directly and told her that I would like to exchange it but that I lost my receipt in the move but that Id payed for it with a credit card and that I could show her the purchase on my phone and also she knew that I purchased it because I bought it from her she tells me that she can do nothing about exchanging the vent hood because I didn’t have the receipt I told her but I just bought this from you 7 days ago and I personally bought it from you all I want is to exchange this new in a box vent hood for a smaller one and you guys can keep whatever the difference is about $ 65 I showed her the purchase on my phones credit card app just in case she got amnesia from a week ago or even 5mins ago when I walked threw the door and she knew me and said yes I know you bought it that’s not the point the point is that our policy’s says we can’t exchange or return without receipt so I asked to speak to her manager at 1 st it was a lady than a man who she said had just landed in sf from visiting his family in China and would not be in for 3more days and she couldn’t get a hold of him. ![]() You’d think they’ll be a little bit more courteous to their customers. The worst customer services after Spending a total of $ 3300 on quartz counter tops 4slabs, glass backsplash, kitchen sink, kitchen faucet and 36in vent hood. I was informed that someone would be with me in a few minutes :(. There were at least 7 people behind the desk and more on the floor. The customers service was terrible, the store was not busy when I was shopping, when I had a question or wanted to look at something I had to go up to the front desk to ask for help. I had to go back into the store and return the back-splashes. ![]() I wish I was informed that the back splashes were not the size of the actual vanity at the time I was asked if I would like to purchase. ![]() They explained all the back splashes are 8ft, they told me I could just cut them to size. The sales person also asked if I would like to purchase the back splash that matched the vanity granite tops that I had selected, I said sure, when the backslashes were brought outside to load on my truck I thought they were the incorrect back splashes. They would not give the vanity to me for the price it was clearly marked at, and would not even consider discounting it. 00 more than what it was marked at, when i brought this to their attention I was told that the price on the vanity was not correct. I wish I would of just driven the extra miles to Emeryville I purchased two bathroom vanities today at the Pittsburg location. I decided to try the Pittsburg store because it was an outlet and the location was a little bit closer. I would highly recommend the Emeryville store. ![]()
